Pros

Ocado really cares about using the best technology for the job and trusts its employees to find and use it. You are surrounded by smart, motivated people throughout the company. The are no big procedures in the way of doing your job and you are given the right access to be able to build and support your systems.

Cons

The only con is the location, just outside London but close enough that you will be paying the extra to live around there.

It is full of possibilities because of the recent expansions of the company. The company culture is very supportive.

Cons

Large number of colleagues with different work background and ethics, this disrupts the work sometimes. The workplace requires a bit of a travel.

Decent work environment which helps to work with out any pressure, Taking good care for Employees, Conducting entertaining contests.

Cons

Not so much to say about cons. May be not maintaining much documentation. Other than that I feel more satisfied.
