Did not feel a lot of respect from upper management for the Centralized Recruiting department.
Management keeps these roles contracted for up to 8 months before they offer a full time position. Contracted employees do not have PTO or any benefits, which saves OSJL a lot of money.
Extremely rigid in the working hours. Only allows a 30 minute break for lunch. No flex time, had to be there 8:30am-5:00pm.
Very micromanaged working environment. Upper management has worked there for many years and are very stuck in their ways and processes.
I worked in an office building where the plumbing erupted 3 times in a very short time period. Instead of allowing to leave or compensating for their plumbing issues, management thought it was a good idea to move all the Centralized Recruiting Coordinators to the same room and have us sit at tables like we were in elementary school
