Mangers are mean ,to much drama,signing up customers for a card that doesn’t do nothing ,10 minute break,never enough people on the floor,working every weekend,rude customers so many people quit from my job , no job movement opportunities

Excellent coworkers who provided a family like atmosphere and legitimately cared for you. Some extra discount days and holidays often held potluck

Cons

Lack of communication between management. Was once told to do three different things by three different people. Heavy favoritism that is very apparent

There arent many pros to this job. We did het a 20% employee discount.

Cons

Poor management. Cashiers are treated poorly. Alot of gray areas when it comes to management and policy.

We struggle when we hear this type of feedback. Everyone should know our open door should be used. It's disappointing to see this when it's too late for us to take action. It's also impossible when we cannot get what store you are referring to.
