Pros

Bonds with other associates, 20% discount, there really isn’t much else that is a Pro, and I was employed over 6 years.

Cons

Negativity, management and above don’t care about their staff. Some people are treated in a preferential way, even though “there are no favorites.”

FES now making same wage as Cashier in MA

Good management at store level, great customers.

Cons

FES are dropping like flies in MA without pay raise so sad and unnecessary. Never enough to begin with but now they are leaving for other jobs. Were told they would make same as cashier and that new FES coming in would be offered higher wages.
