Management constantly gets moved around and most of them suck they preach about how they care about you but they could care less

If you want a crappy manager that doesn’t do their jobs properly, this is the place for you. Where brown nosing gets you everything and hard work gets you nothing.

A lot of higher level management has been with the company for 20+ years, most can be pretty out of touch. Very rigid rules, very little room for growth in any department.
