Freedom to be creative, and flexible.

Cons

No Fulltime positions even if you work hard or prove yourself to be very reliable and dependable,and very skilled at your Position , only Guys get special treatment bonuses and fulltime offers unless you friends of Manager. No flexibility on Med problems, No real wage started in 2017 @ 10.25 to 2020. 10.61 in 3 years low wages!

As far as your concerns over opportunities, I wish we could have discussed this prior to you leaving OSJ. We do offer full time positions based upon individual associate's performance and the needs of the business. In fact, approximately 30% of every store's associate team are full time. And as far as individual growth and opportunity, one of our OSJ Values is "Embrace diversity; everyone is welcome.". As an example of this value in action, of the nine leaders that manage our stores from a regional perspective, more than 50% are female. We wish you the best with your move to Arizona.

A great company to work for. The leaders in this company care about their associates. They treat individuals with respect and dignity. The company offers great benefits and the growth opportunity is endless. They continue to not only add great external talent but the growth internally has been fantastic. Great team atmosphere where everyone has a voice at the table. You are allowed try new things here and if it doesn't work you get to try something else. Great company, great owners, great leaders, great associates makes for a winning team and company !!!
