Educational reimbursement programs, front line staff.

Cons

I witnessed toxic culture, favoritism towards “friends”, and a lack of team focus from leaders - too much time spent putting out fires. My leader met with me 1:1 once annually, and spent the rest of the year in a closed office. Poor record keeping resulted in the organization hiring an individual that was previously terminated from an acquired organization for sexual harassment.

Pros

There was a good work life balance and good people work there.

Cons

Sales and credit are misaligned and it's very difficult to get anything done. OceanFirst brought in McKinsey as a consultant due to the difficulties of the bank, but it was a waste of money.
