Very welcoming environment. Great coworkers across the bank's footprint. Still has that smaller company feel. I still learn something new every day. And best of all, a fantastic management team!

Cons

No real cons in my opinion. Work hard, but very rewarding work and I feel that I get acknowledged for the work I do..
