      I've come across many opportunities for growth. There are lots of opportunities to earn extra income. There are also many platforms for recognition and appreciation.

      Cons

      The company is a growing company and procedures and policies are always changing. You must be able to stay on top of all changes.

      Pros

      State of the art building, wonderful staffing, smooth and efficient training, wonderful benefits and excellent PTO with a work life balance. You really feel like you're part of the team on your very first day. I was blown away by everything this company has to offer from day one. I can see myself going far here and cannot wait to see what's in store for me!

      Cons

      I can honestly say that I see no downsides to working at OceanFirst!
