I just went through OceanFirst Bank's new hire orientation. What a great day- I am so proud to work for this organization! The experience was a little more than half a day, and I got so much information on the company, all of the amazing benefits offered, details about OceanFirst Foundation (a subsidiary whose mission is volunteerism and charitable funding to help the communities we serve), and heard from the various heads of the departments I interact with, as well as the CEO. We even took a our of the gym quality exercise facility we have access to at our corporate HQ. The HR team was extremely passionate and organized in the delivery, and it was truly a great way to kick off with my new employer. What a tremendous team of helpful, courteous, and upbeat people that I hve the pleasure of working with! If you get the opportunity to join OceanFirst Bank, you absolutely should!!!
