      Oceanfirst bank is a growing organization that will continue to have job opportunities.

      Cons

      The departments are expected to work understaffed on a continous basis. The employees are overly exhausted from acquisitions every year.

      Help needed in transitions

      While every company had to navigate the pandemic, the bank had to do this while transitioning to new programs updates and could have planned go-lives better
