      Growing, but still small bank means good hard work gets noticed and rewarded. Easy to get promoted if you’re willing to put in the work. All levels of management are accessible and for the most part personable and very easy to chat with. Solid benefits. Very good work life balance.

      Lack of technology being that resources are going to support continued growth.
