      Pros

      My coworkers are terrific and everyone displays a high degree of integrity. The company has well developed HR policies and procedures and does it's best to provide a challenging and fair work environment.

      Cons

      The workload can be challenging due to the rapid pace of growth. In addition, it is difficult to work in a highly regulated environment where there are thousands of pages of regulations that must be learned and observed.

      Good benefits, excellent co-workers who treat you like family. Offers profit sharing and 401k.

      Cons

      Growing bank which means increased volume with no new hires to accommodate volume. Overtime of 10 plus hours per week with no lunch is a norm.
