      Pros

      Good benefits, friendly and personable people. Stock options, depending on your role up to 4 weeks vacation to start which is generous. Company is eager to grow which will ultimately provide opportunity for those willing to go get it.

      Cons

      Being an old community bank, technology is a challenge which needs to be the next area of focus. Management tends to be older and it feels as if they dont realize the opportunity to embrace technology to increase efficiency. Also, for being a small company still, they should do a better job getting out into the field and actually see the challenges departments face. Lastly, it does not take much effort to discover the pay seems to be below market rate...
