      Pros

      Corporate entity (except Canada) as a whole is well managed, employees are well compensated, and the work is very meaningful and important in the Canadian blood systems.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. The leadership does not provide concrete strategic direction and the environment is run by individuals who are extremely condescending and hostile. This is not a place to grow your career or have expectations of work/life balance. If you read all the reviews from this site for Toronto, ON, please think heavily on it before deciding to pursue a career here.

      Pros

      The office space is beautiful and it’s located in downtown Toronto.

      Cons

      The Canadian entity is flat and everyone reports to the General Manager. Only 1 employee from the entire team had been there for more than a year. I worked there for 2 weeks and was let go by the GM because he said I hadn’t done anything of value in that time, despite not setting any expectations. I personally saw multiple employees cry because of how they were treated by the GM. It is a very sad and toxic place and I truly feel for the employees who work there.
