Dear employee Many thanks for your evaluation. We are sorry that you have an overall negative impression of Octapharma. We are very happy that you acknowledge the quality of our products and your colleagues. Management development is a core topic for Octapharma and several new initiatives have been taken in recent years to constantly develop our leaders. Career paths and internal succession is a top priority. Of course the „human“factor“ may cause frictions and it’s a pity that you don‘t feel empowered. At the moment additional efforts regarding our culture and leadership started, so we hope to receive a more positive evaluation from you soon.
