      meet lots of people. pay is ok. you can move up in this company very easily and they want you to so there is lots of room for growth and to make more money.

      no stable schedule and very physically demanding and mentally stressful job

      Small company....for now. US division is still trying to make itself relevant here.

      Cons

      CEO, Management, Have people in place of power for decision making that have no clue about the US market place.

      Pros

      Encourages professional growth and advancement by attending courses via teleconference and in person. Weekly staff meeting with entire US office.

      Cons

      Communication between upper management and staff is poor. A disciplinary policy is non-existent. Staff members can get away with not doing their job or portions of their job because they don't like to perform certain tasks.
