      Toxic Work Culture

      Pros

      Employees (non-management) are hard working and kind. Everyone must wear many hats which can help pick up skills.

      Cons

      I am surprised that a such a toxic work place can exist. Management pits employees against each other for no good reason, gaslighting is frequent, favoritism, mobbing, freezing out, yelling, publicly demeaning employees... All of this leads to high turnover which means everything is always in a state of crisis.

      Opportunities to learn, as people have multiple hats and cover multiple functions and projects!

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. Weirdest way of managing a company that I have ever seen, in every layer. Absolute one man show! The leadership style is a total Autocratic. Seems no association between the HQ and Canada office ….

      Not certain if there are any, really. Summits at nice hotels, dinners.

      Cons

      No scope for professional development. No clarity as to what position would be awaiting the trainee upon completion of the circa 1.5y programme.
