Management shows favoritism and protect their favorites. Let’s favorites get away with anything while other people are working their butts off. Management doesn’t help or “lead by example” and doesn’t appreciate good people. Management tells all your business to everyone and doesn’t keep anything confidential, especially the Director. Management will also sign your name in your absence. Overworked.

-SHORT STAFFED. Runs on a skeleton crew, usually with only two or three employees on site for the first few hours of operation. Be prepared to juggle several tasks with little time to breathe. -Rigid SOPs, no autonomy. You are not trusted to make any clinical judgments. You follow cookie cutter formats for documentation and treatment. -You're a production worker first, medical professional second. We don't even have access to an AED. -leadership/training style from management is subpar(with some exceptions), you're not treated as a professional, you're treated as a school kid in need of teaching. Non medical laymen dictate your practice. -the job description you interview for is dishonest. You will be made to sign on to additional job descriptions to perform the work of other departments with no additional pay. (Though my Director did dial it back for me)
