      Pros

      Good group of patriots! Reasonable requirements from front office; they usually stayed out of the way and allowed folks to get their jobs done.

      Cons

      Tremendous cost pressure really impacted compensation.

      Small enough it feels like a family (only at the local level...)

      Cons

      Local leadership is good, but dealing with HQ, especially HR is a quaqmire. The company has grown so much recently, it hasn't been able to keep up, and they continually slow roll the geographically separated units.

      Pros

      Very easy company to work for. HR is very responsive if there are any issues. Competitive salary and benefits. Medium sized company is continuing to grow and get new business.

      Cons

      I am on a project that supports the USAF and feel a bit disconnected from the company. I work at the client site and rarely interact with anyone from the company.
