      Pros

      Good leadership team - seem genuinely interested in making sure employees are happy.

      Cons

      The company is primarily in the DoD support contract business - an industry that's certain to decline for the foreseeable future due to budget pressure. Odyssey seems to be in some good niches, but virtually no company in this space will avoid impacts. Also, like every other government contractor, you are consignment labor. It's the nature of the industry that you are useful only as long as the current contract lasts.

      Pros

      Nice the first week but expect to be thrown to the wolves after that.

      Cons

      They are incompetent and expect security and network accessibility to take forever. They are unsupportive and treat their employees very badly. The worst experience I've ever had. They are basically bullies, expect to be thrown under the bus on a regular basis if you work at Hanscom. Please save your sanity and do not work for this company. The left hand does not know what the right is doing.
