      Pros

      Director of Proposal Management, Erin Butt, is the best boss I have ever had. Leadership is inclusive and forward thinking. HR really cares about employees, makes onboarding seamless and from benefit enrollment to PTO policies, everything is clearly communicated.

      Pros

      I've only been with the company about 6 months. I'm impressed with the "team" feel, from management to co-workers. Their benefits are good, including allowing comp/banked time (many similar DoD support companies don't allow this!).
