Good group of patriots! Reasonable requirements from front office; they usually stayed out of the way and allowed folks to get their jobs done.

Great company run by a brilliant Gentleman who brought this company from the ground up and treated his employees with the utmost respect at all times.

Cons

Odyssey Systems is a defense contract company and that industry is generated by contracts from the US Government, when money from the government dries up it makes it hard for the employer to pass on good benefits to his employees.
