Good leadership team - seem genuinely interested in making sure employees are happy.

Cons

The company is primarily in the DoD support contract business - an industry that's certain to decline for the foreseeable future due to budget pressure. Odyssey seems to be in some good niches, but virtually no company in this space will avoid impacts. Also, like every other government contractor, you are consignment labor. It's the nature of the industry that you are useful only as long as the current contract lasts.

Too many to list. Nepotism, inexperienced owners who fire leaders who challenge them. Horrible retention, unethical practices etc.

Management, as well as corporate really care about the work they do. You know you're making a difference with even the most menial of tasks. Start up feel with the size, really good environment.

Cons

Hard to find any legitimate cons. If you have issues with working for defense, for a serious cause and make a serious difference, than the field isn't right for you.
