Pros

Management was good and quite engaged - unusual for government contractors. Pay was good. Benefits were very good for this sector.

Cons

DoD's drive to cut contracting costs makes the market very competitive, and contract recompetes every five years make this a poor choice for a career (though that's not Odyssey's fault!).

Really low balled new offers with the renewal of the contract. Did even bother to communicate what was happening.
