Atmosphere not as supportive as I thought

Pros

Great team members outside of management, benefits and 401K plan were good.

Cons

It was difficult to find managerial support regarding the challenges I faced in my position - positive feedback was almost non-existent. Environment was chaotic and challenging, and I was given little to no direction. It felt like I was being spied on by the customer, and criticism became personal instead of professional.

Pros

Odyssey doesn't have that woke corporate culture reaching down into your everyday professional life! In fact, there's very literal corporate overhead that you have to tangle with while trying to do your day to day job. The benefits are by far the best I've ever had from anywhere!

Cons

Once I got settled in , I regretted that it took me so long to get here!
