Pros

If you work nights, there are no managers to watch over you, but they can see everything that you do on your computer

Cons

If you make one mistake, you are fired. Training is a joke. Upper management loves to tell you how great the company. When I was in training it felt like I was in some kind of cult or something that I cannot explain.

* the management team is a complete disarray. *Anything and everything will always be your fault. There is zero accountability from anyone. *They will overload you with work and offer zero help. Work that's supposed to be assigned to somebody else will be assigned to you with zero help. *Management and HR are constantly teaming up against everyone in the company.
