Egomaniacal coworkers. Extreme narcissism. AR team is extremely political and will sabotage you when they decide they don’t like you. You’ll know the bad actors by their speech, actions and appearance. Quite hard to miss. Do not expect fair treatment. There are three individuals in particular that you must watch out for. You can trust not a single soul here except for those who you genuinely know are decent people. This is a cloak and dagger kind of workplace. You will get switched up on. You can’t honestly express concerns. You must CYA no matter what. Do not give certain fault finders any ammunition. If you get hired here, you will know whom. Be very careful of the clique. They are incompetent in training and will look for any reason to get rid of you.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. So when I found a better job I did the professional thing and gave a two week notice. I was cut loose and escorted out at the end of the first week by HR. In over 40 years of being in the workforce I have never been so humiliated. But that just affirmed that leaving was like dodging a bullet.
