Pros

Great leadership, supportive, fun company culture, company invests in their employees and sets them up for success! I enjoy coming in to work every day!

Cons

Small to medium size which is actually a plus because decision are made faster fir employees and the customer. I would say that being smaller limits opportunities for growth, but the company looks at you as an individual and gets to know you so you are really able to take advantage of the opportunities that are there.

Pros

A small business focused on growing its staff. The ownership is extremely supportive and has an open door policy. Management is selected also on the basis of its ability to fit this culture, which means that "What can Offix do to help you?" is a constant mantra with the halls of the office. A true 'family' feeling, with focus on results and performance. The company is poised for exceptional growth!

Cons

Growth pains are a necessary part of becoming a major player in any market, and Offix is making sure these challenges are met with the right tools and preparation. Sales representatives need solid organizational skills, since there are a lot of opportunities to become successful, but they require knowing how to stay on track.
