      Pros

      This is an established but growing company. There is a lot of growth opportunity and quite a bit of space to express yourself. It's a fun environment with a good team.

      Cons

      You have to be well-organized to truly thrive. Sometimes projects are a moving target, but nobody will be mad at you for keeping them on track.

      They are spending the time/money to improve systems & processes to help employees thrive. Very responsive to issues, questions or concerns. Executives genuinely want to see you succeed With new expansion, upward mobility is very achievable.

      Some growing pains, as management works to determine best strategies for growth Not a household name yet, but soon will be.

      Offix is a great place to work; everyone is always offering to help, no judgement when questions are asked, and I appreciate the continuous support given to me throughout the sales process. I would recommend Offix to anyone who strives to be successful and wants to put some money in their wallet. I am genuinely excited to come to work everyday!
