Amazing owners. They have plenty of employees that have been working on the backend for years on end and have truly grown with the company. The office environment is great. And people are always willing to help. There is a ton of earning potential, you just need to be someone that has the drive to work for it. Small husband and wife owned business that has a lot of recognition so you get the best of both worlds ( That personal touch and great brand recognition)
Cons
The financial gain does not come right away. To build a true business it will take a couple years but I genuinely think it’s worth it. Some of the markets are underdeveloped mainly due to not having a salesperson in those territories to help grow. The owners are really looking towards growing their business and footprint so finding the right quality of sales professionals, is a big focus for them right now. Once they have the right players in place to develop outward, I see endless possibilities...
