Was great until it wasn’t.

Pros

Paid for every minute I worked, fair work-life balance, plenty of PTO and flexibility. Clear lines of responsibility between positions.

Cons

Work from home was tough when at the bottom, always the last to know things and was rarely given the bigger picture. Lack of support for growth inside the company. Work from home seen as a downside to the resume.
