      Pros

      Depending on the department you will have some great coworkers.

      Cons

      Horrible Management is an understatement. Micro managed to the extreme. Heavy workload with terrible scheduling for patients and staff. Just about all the staff talk badly about the manager behind their back.

      Pros

      I loved working with Ohio Health in their trauma-rated hospitals. The exposure and opportunity I received to gain experience and be exposed to different cases were something I will never forget.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was difficult to achieve. Like most other hospitals, once you pick up or help out some, then they expect you to do so all the time.
