Good company. However every department is ran different. All managers are different. Some areas are better than others.

Good company. However every department is ran different. All managers are different. Some areas are better than others. We have no pension. There is a 403b in which they do match a small percentage. The health insurance is subpar or maybe normal as everyone's seems to be complaining about it. But we keep losing things and the prices go up...or come down but we lose more. Don't expect a Christmas gift or even a voucher for lunch.

-part of a large consortium of health care system -they do a great sell of getting you to be excited to be there

Cons

-horrible training - actions do not reflect the “high reliability organization” that is touted -employees are disciplined for expressed safety concerns -leadership is awful from the top down -executives do not see what is actually happening under their noses -communication VERY poor
