      It's a job

      Pros

      The pay is comparable to area hospitals. You work 2 holidays a year and every other weekend.

      Cons

      Staff is allowed by management to treat others poorly. Lab lead tech has a reputation amongst the organization for being a less than employee, she has no business being a lead. Manager is poorly organized and in over her head with a new position. She is self-proclaimed as being easily distracted and forgetful. The supervisor isn't given any authority by the manager because she micromanages, hence being distracted and forgetful. Manager and director are here for themselves and not their staff on the front line.
