Pros

Decent pay. No major complaints.

Cons

Many changes lately regarding patient access. Management focuses on a problem that happens at one practice and wants to apply it to all.

Pros

They pay short term disability at a 70% rate and they provide paid maternity/paternity leave as well. Some positions work from home.

Cons

They change policies and choose when to enforce policies whenever they'd like. They have sub-contracted out important departments such as IT and HR to companies who are incompetent and do not have the ability to do the jobs they should be doing. Management chooses to ignore anything that may make them look bad even if it could be fixed.
