Pros

Uses to be a good place to work

Cons

New CEO destroyed IT and set us up to fail and then outsourced us. Good luck with your "Patient for Life" crap because im done drinking the Kool Aid. Carefully Nurse's. They just provided they can outsource everyone. You're Next if the board can save $5 Benefits are abysmal. They stripped away all the perks and low pay.

Pros

- Associates receive yearly pay raises and bonuses. - Offers some flexibility with work schedules and paid time off. - Offers tuition reimbursement for most schools (as long as you stay with the company).

Cons

- Will unexpectedly eliminate your position with short notice despite the quality work you contribute to the department and company. - Although associates receive annual pay raises, it is a very small increase. - Bonuses are taxed so, you do not receive the full amount offered (even though the company can afford to pay the full amount). - Very difficult to find a decent position with great pay at OhioHealth (they only hire who they want based on status). - Department and senior management are unappreciative of associates who work hard and bring success to the company (they have "favorites" who receive all of the spotlight with mediocre work ethics). - Some managers and associates are very unprofessional, and their actions/work ethic do not reflect OhioHealth's core values. - The concerns of associates go unheard, because senior management is very unaware and disconnected from the associates and what TRULY goes on in the workplace. - Associates with qualified degrees and professional experience receive minimum pay and are not appreciated compared to associates with no degree and a mediocre work ethic. - Many associates have no compassion for the patients and other people they work for (very cold-hearted, unprofessional, and selfish).
