Great place to learn and prepare for your carrier , super cool employees very interactive and helpful . Lot’s of different experience with different department and it was and is a great experience for me .

Cons

Don’t know any ,working as a volunteer itself makes you feel a part of this organisation . It is a great place to work.

Great culture, great people, really care about their employees and get to know them. When I was leaving they were finally adjusting their pay to be more competitive

Cons

Salary. I left because of the salary to make $10 more an hour. They're not competitive but it depends on what you are looking for. I could not afford working there and afford my house. I had to get two jobs until I found a new job. I asked for a raise after being there for 4 years to get $.50. still wasnt enough to live but thats what happens with nonprofits. they will give more money to their executive and an outrageous bonuses to them but not enough for the rest of the team to even manage a house
