Great atmosphere. Great growth potential, plenty of jobs for non clinical personnel, Good vision and dental package. tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Lowest pay for health care jobs in Central Ohio. Tuition Assistance would be better. Health Insurance should be much better for a healthcare organization. Better contracted rates for in-network providers. Actual maternity leave for woman instead of disability and an option for men as well. Recent company reorg has employees nervous for their jobs

Pros

This is a great place to work. Everyone treats you like family and you form close relationships with people.

Cons

The company changes things alot leaving some people with no job security. Positons get eliminated with out creating new ones sometimes.
