      Pros

      staff were friendly and realistic in comparison to other hospitals. Easy to communicate needs with staff. Physicians were approachable and experienced. Fast paced, clean and organized facility.

      Cons

      Salary is mediocre, weekend hour requirements, night shift differential is better elsewhere, Benefits were average, Manager turn over makes it hard to be recognized or even known. Big corporate healthcare feel even thought they try to make it feel like more connected.

      Pros

      Big picture...good benefits and pay. Good job security. Lots of good people by your side. They seem to care about your physical and mental well being.

      Cons

      They change your computer systems and processes every few years. Managers who do not know your job go to meetings for process improvements and this change is implemented ...they ignore your complaints... Employees get burned out. Then after a few years they figure out they were wrong and they change it back. Lol.

      1. No room to grow 2. No clear leadership from upper management 3. Managers are always finding scapegoats 4. Work life balance is non existent
