Pros

Great dedication to patients. Clinical staff is dedicated and hardworking and puts patents first. Ok benefits and pay overall, but health benefits are not what you'd expect for a company this size... very expensive.

Cons

They talk the talk, but, what was once a culture that cared about its associates is no more. Externally, they say the "right things," but internally it's something else. HR "listens," but doesn't act... trust in leadership is gone. Turnover very high in some units and departments and employee surveys show it. Don't expect HR to do anything to help you if there's a problem. If you complain about anything, including improper behavior, be prepared to pay the price. Keeping an image of being a great employer comes first and that means "weeding out" anyone who doesn't fall in line with all the rhetoric or points out issues.
