      Pros

      HSA if you have no medical needs.

      Cons

      Old hospital - old ideas. nurse to patient ratio 5:1 on nights, charge takes patients, be careful coming to work here, nurses mainly do tech goods as techs are so poorly trained. Not enough staff to handle size of hospital. Rapid response is not rapid and is IV team at night.

      Leadership creates unnecessary drama for those doing the work No where to move up on the team without someone leaving

      Pros

      It's a big corporation and feels corporate and slow sometimes, but you can tell that they actually care about trying to treat people right. Healthcare is just a hard business and working for OhioHealth doesn't make it paradise, but I think they're doing the best they can. Also, feels like they're doing a lot of "winning" over the competition, which is kinda fun, even though it's less important than the patient care.

      Cons

      It's big. Really big. And it's growing so fast and trying to do so much that there's always change and it's hard to keep up, and it seems like everyone is always trying to catch up/flex up/staff up to the latest challenges.
