      Not a union. I have enjoyed working for OhioHealth until the benefits situation got so bad.

      Cons

      Benefits, if you have any medical issues or kids with medical issues I recommend going somewhere else. I literally can’t afford to work here anymore.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, customer service oriented company, employees treated with respect by management, employees have say in making workplace changes. Overall OhioHealth is a great place to work, and I would go back!

      Cons

      The cons are those generally associated with being such a large company. It can be difficult to get in the door, it can be difficult to gain the experience required for the specialty desired, and then to make the transfer.

      Pros

      The team was amazing. It felt like a close-knit family. My department was small, but everyone worked together well. People wanted to help me to succeed.

      Cons

      Technical glitches every now and then. My phone would cut and my computer would freeze up. Sometimes it takes a while for IS to get to your ticket.
