      Good benefits, flexible schedule, great overall organization culture.

      Cons

      Sub cultures and silos within teams/dept. Lack of resources and career growth. Constant re-organizational changes that affect the current role of some employees such as unwanted demotion in job but same title kept.

      Great benefits and pay. Many Ohio Health hospitals to choose from.

      Cons

      During high census times, nurses have had to flex up and care for 7 patients at a time on night shift. Unable to transfer to other units after a year if unit staff census is low.
