Pros

Company dedicated to serving the community regardless of ability to pay and treating all patients with respect.

Cons

Keeping costs down to be able to fund major construction projects and providing free services is apparently what is making employees work with too few staff on the floors and other service areas. Takes a long time to get updated equipment at the patient care level. But, they can build a new wing or out-patient facility! RNs are managing non-nursing staff areas. By controlling a majority market share for the industry, they can pay staff minimum salaries. Promotions are very rare, if not an RN. Difficult to get time-off for personal business, such as doctor visits or testing.
