Cons
An associate at OhioHealth, who left for a new opportunity, was completely ignored by their VP as they were leaving. That same VP would not shake the associates hand because the associate made a personal decision to pursue a role that better aligns with their career goals. This is indicative to the no-class operation that has become OhioHealth. The conduct by senior management is inexcusable and frankly uncalled for. This is in addition to the two awkward conversations that I have had with vendors about negative comments directed toward me from current senior level staff. Sadly, I have not uttered a single negative comment about OhioHealth until now. At this point, I will only share the truth with anyone looking at OhioHealth for a new role and I plan to fully educate my peers within my industry segment about the numerous lies that HR used to get myself to accept the position that I had and unkept promises that were used to keep me in the role.
