Pros

I love the benefits, the people I work with, and the manager. Everything together makes it a great floor to work on. The people really do care about the patients. It helps me care about my job even more. This is one of the best jobs I've had. I can't wait to use the tuition reimbursement once my six months is over.

Cons

The benefits are on the pricey side.

Pros

The people I work with are great. I love what I do. The physicians I work with are caring and considerate. The staff does everything they can to work together to give each patient the best care possible.

Cons

The health benefits are not great! The health benefits and prescription drug benefits are really poor. Working for a large hospital system one would think the health benefits would be the best around.....and they are not. My friend works for Chase and her benefits are much better than mine...this is sad. The system is to market driven and not patient care driven. Its market share not patient care.
