      Good opportunities for personal and career growth

      At times, has an atmosphere of nurses "eating their own". Also didn't get any pay raises other then when I came off of orientation.

      Pros

      Good place to work, I have been advanced continuously for 15 years. Lots of opportunity. Various areas that someone can get started and move up.

      Cons

      Lots of after hours calls. It would be nice to have better benefits and a more flexible schedule. Annual pay raises are not good.

      Great company to work for, benefits ,great pay.

      Cons

      Management micro-manages everthing, need to hire qualified management. They have Clicks (friends,family) hard to move up if your not apart the group. Lacks hiring minorities in management who are qualified.
