      Pros

      Good benefits, yearly raises plus market raises, tuition reimbursement program, concierge service.

      Cons

      The vacation/sick pay mixture is odd. If you have to be sick, it comes out of your vacation time.

      Thank you for your feedback. At OhioHealth, we provide a lump sum of time an associate can take called Time Away Pay or TAP for short. This gives employees the option to use their time any way they choose.

      Good benefits, flexible schedule, great overall organization culture.

      Cons

      Sub cultures and silos within teams/dept. Lack of resources and career growth. Constant re-organizational changes that affect the current role of some employees such as unwanted demotion in job but same title kept.
