      Pros

      Co workers become like family depending on the area you're in. Again, where you're at, good exercise.

      Cons

      Never recognized for doing a good job Managers don't manage well Newer employees seem to get better hours over someone like myself who's been there for a while Insurance costs a lot (not on it right now) Lack of growth to move up

      Pros

      The people I work with were very hard working and laid back, like most people born in the great state of Ohio.

      Cons

      OhioHealth is way too large for my liking. I worked a small hospital in southern Ohio and when i tried to move to another hospital, I felt ignored.
